At SDPM Outfitters, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, processing times may be slightly longer than traditional retailers.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. SDPM Outfitters is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
